Innovative and fully immersive court
Result of joint work with eminences from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, an engineering studio of international prestige, Diagonal Padel Academy and more than 25 years of experience of our padel court manufacturer, designed not only for professional players, but also to bring everyone the best track.
The patented INFINITY court complies with the regulations of the International Padel Federation and with the most restrictive requirements established by the Eurocodes, thus reducing manufacturing, transportation and assembly costs and the carbon footprint.
Technical specifications
Patented structural system
Panoramic walls supported by a triangular profile (150x70mm) along the 60 meter perimeter of the structure. A patented structural system, designed to obtain the maximum resistance required by the Eurocode.
Patented anchor plate system
Anchors and levels the metal structure and supports the glass. Thick plates along the 60 meter perimeter of the structure standardize the distribution of loads over a larger area, achieving much more stable play and resistance, all working together as a block. The entire Infinity structure is anchored to the ground with a total of 182 screws.
S355 carbon steel
All metal used to produce the metal structure is S355 steel fully galvanized without the use of welding, and the mesh frames are made of Magnelis steel.
Structure support
Four 160x80x3mm pillars and eight 8mm thick buttresses (customizable) constitute the central support of the structure, designed to distribute both the load and the tension of the entire structure.

Patented thick frames
5mm thick Magnelis® steel frames (54 pieces) with 50x50x4mm electro-welded mesh. Designed as an anti-injury system that at the same time provides an unbeatable aesthetic finish, guarantees the continuity of the homogeneous mesh with the rest of the frames and maximizes long-term resistance to deformation due to impacts.

Rounded shape without corners, with an accessible internal tension system with a hinged lid and hidden anchor plate to prevent injuries.
WPT type open entries
2 large open entrances in the center of the court to facilitate quick and safe access and exit for players.
Tempered glass
The best performance and quality
According to the International Padel Federation standards for tempered glass, 12 mm thick with a polished flat edge, with perfect planimetry and fully approved according to the WPT, Premier Padel and APT designs: 18 glasses of 2995 x 1995 mm, with countersunk holes (108 m²).
Rubber gaskets of the highest quality, with the same thickness as the metal section, to absorb shocks and vibrations of the glass against the metal structure.
Anchoring the tempered glass with M10 A4 stainless steel countersunk screws.
The patented structural system meets the Eurocode standards.

The same features as Infinity, but with a resized structure that offers greater solidity, robustness and resistance, allowing it to withstand extreme weather conditions and meet the strictest requirements of the Eurocode.

Designed to be able to assemble and disassemble the track without losing quality and playability. With portable kit to avoid anchoring to the ground. Suitable for temporary or fixed installations, it is the ideal option for events.
