Durability and reinforcements
Large 120x80mm pillars reinforced with buttresses.
Welded Mesh
14 units of 1×2 meters of mesh frames made of 3mm thick perimeter sheet metal with 50x50x4mm internal electro-welded mesh, installed on the glass wall, with a minimalist design to offer the best visibility to spectators and an unbeatable aesthetic finish, guaranteeing the continuity of the homogeneous mesh. These frames are internally reinforced with 2 40x40x2mm tubes in order to maximize long-term resistance to deformations caused by impacts.
Active perimeter
Super-panoramic walls built with 84 meters of 140x60x2mm hot-dip galvanized tube along the entire perimeter of the glass walls, without tubes or metal profiles on the track walls, providing greater safety with the best aesthetic finish. The glass walls are anchored to the ground with 60 approved metal anchors. The glasses are fixed perimeter to the structural tube and the glasses are perfectly flush with the mesh, without edges.
Galvanised steel
The metal structure of the paddle tennis court is made of S235 carbon steel and Z275 hot galvanized.
Structure support
8 pillars 100x50x2mm thick, 3 meters high, with anchor plates 26x19x1cm thick that are reinforced with buttresses 40cm high. Each pillar is placed every 2 meters to reinforce and brace the structure, anchored to the ground using 4 approved metal anchors.
